*$1.24 per mile loaded/ $.82 per mile empty
*Settlements Paid Weekly
*Pump/ Compressor Program
*Layover Pay
*No Forced Dispatch

Transport Service Co. is hiring Owner Operators in LouisianaOther Pay and Benefits 

  • Loading & unloading pay at 65% of billable amount, after free time expires
  • Zone pay for local work
  • Health Care program with True North
  • 100% of fuel surcharge paid to owner operator
  • 100% of billable pump or compressor charge
  • $50 in transit heat payment, IF separate line item on invoice

Company pays for

  • Haz-mat renewal expense
  • Prepass
  • Qualcomm(unit, installation, all messaging)
  • Billable tolls
  • State permits
  • Trailer licenses
  • Tank cleanings
  • If any DOT fine - trailer defects

Company will handle

  • Bobtail
  • Occ/Acc
  • Physical Damage Insurance if you choose True North through TSC (discounted rates)

Mileage Club Safety Bonus- Earn $1000 for every 100,000 safe miles

Safety Incentive program- Company sponsored safety awards program rewards safe-driving with personalized coats, vest jackets and other items

Driver Mentor/Referral bonus- Earn up to $5000 for every qualified driver you refer

Orientation/Training- Paid $80 per day; breakfast/lunch & transportation provided by TSC

Pump/Compressor Program- TSC covers the first $4500 to the vendor for installation cost

Tractor & Driver Requirements

  • Must be at least 24 years old
  • Must have 1 year tractor trailer experience
  • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required (or willing to obtain)
  • No DUIs or DWIs
  • Tractor able to haul 46,000 lbs with chemical spec trailer - prefer less than 5 years old
  • TWIC (or willing to obtain)
