The majority of time you will operate in AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, WY, UT & WA, meeting the needs of general commodity flatbed shippers by delivering a wide range of products like steel, aluminum, lumber, heavy machinery, and bridge beams that help build the U.S. economy.

Roehl lets Flatbed Owner Operators decide which compensation plan is best for their business - a sliding mileage scale rate or a percentage of revenue plan.

·      $1,500 Lease-on bonus
·      Flatbed Owner Operators can choose Mileage or Percentage Compensation

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 100,000 owner operator miles.

• Per Department of Transportation regulations you must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possess a Commercial Driver’s License Class A with hazardous materials endorsement (hazmat).

• Fewer than 3 citations in the last 3 years; Speeding over 20 MPH will not be considered for 36 months.

• No DUI or any other alcohol/controlled substance related offenses in the last 10 years (in any vehicle).

• Serious Traffic Violations such as following too close, reckless driving or failure to stop for an emergency vehicle will be reviewed.

• Roehl will review criminal background and subject to any limitation imposed by federal or state law disqualify applicants with job-related criminal backgrounds.

• Pass an on-site physical skills evaluation of essential job functions.

• Possess a valid passport, passport card or FAST (Free And Secure Trade) Card.
