Requirements

• Must have 2 years tractor trailer experience
• Must be at least 23 years old
• No DUIs or DWIs in the last 10 years
• No more than 1 DOT reportable accident in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months or 4 in 36 months
• No reckless or lane change violations in the last 3 years
• Tractor: No age requirement (except CA based contractors), MUST pass DOT inspection
