Requirements

• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have 15 months OTR experience (12 of those months being flatbed experience)
• No more than 1 chargeable/preventable accident in the last 12 months or 2 in the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Any DUI or DWI violations must be over 7 years old
• Felony convictions reviewed on a case-by-case basis (convictions must be over 10 years old)
