Owner Operator Requirements

• Must be 22 years of age
• Must have 1 year of recent experience
• Hazmat required
• Tractor must pass quarterly federal inspections
• No more than a combination of 4 moving violations and accidents in the last 3 years. No more than 2 in the last 12 months
• No DUI or DWI within the last 5 years
• No criminal convictions in the last 3 years (no felonies, theft, or larceny ever)
