    • 0-225 miles = $1.00 + Fuel Surcharge
    • 226-450 miles = $.95 + Fuel Surcharge
    • 450+ miles = $.93 + Fuel Surcharge (West Coast)
    • 450+ miles = $.91 + Fuel Surcharge (Southeast)
    • Authorized Empty miles = $.50 + Fuel Surcharge (West Coast)
    • Authorized Empty miles = $.60 + Fuel Surcharge (Southeast)
  • Extra Stops at $50.00 each
  • Weekly Settlements

* Fuel Surcharge fluctuates weekly with the price of diesel fuel and varies depending on the area of the country.
