Truckload Fleet

Our Truckload fleet operates throughout the 48 states and Canada. Shipments may be crated, uncrated or mixed. Operators can expect to load and unload directly at customer sites and participate in the loading and unloading process. Operator participation will include: completing the required paperwork, pad wrapping (when needed), strapping and securing cargo in place.

Loaded: $0.98 to $1.01 per mile
Authorized Deadhead: $0.75 per mile

In addition to the mileage compensation shown above, our owner-operators receive handling compensation and fuel surcharge on every load.

Handling compensation
This will range from $150 to $320 per truckload (based on commodity). Handling of a truckload order will include: completing the required paperwork, strapping and securing the cargo in place and pad wrapping when needed. This compensation is paid on every truckload order!

Fuel Surcharge
Operators receive a generous fuel surcharge, which is updated WEEKLY based on the national diesel fuel price average. 

EQUALS: a fleet average of $1.70 per mile for the first 6 months of 2008

Handling compensation is paid to the operator on every truckload! PLUS, if a customer requires extra services to be provided by the operator, additional compensation will be paid. The operator will receive 100% of the authorized charges for the extra services they perform. That's 100% to the operator! It's simple, we expect the customer to receive the services they have requested (and paid for) and we want the operator properly compensated for getting it done.

Less than truckload orders (LTL) may be assigned as well. Percentage pay is available on LTL orders, but as an added benefit, operators are always protected by their mileage compensation contract! We put it in writing so there is no question, you will receive percentage or mileage, whichever pays YOU more!
